These photographic views from windows may be somewhat unexpected, but they are from this world, not another. They are real. I'm in the habit now of seeing almost all of what is in front of me, of registering those visions that lie on top of a surface, or across planes. This kind of sight is welcome and exciting, since it unlocks mysterious realms. My recent series, Skylights, presents sky scenes that, though digitally imaged, are not manipulated. The enigma of the lights is created by our suspension of disbelief.
