My paintings are a direct conduit of my whole being. I conduct my paintings without preconceived notions, only direction through my head, hands, and heart. I love to leave wet paint and mix it with turpenoid until the images appear to me, as they should. My intention with every painting I create, is to take an image of my own that inspires me and bring it to life. Some paintings I may leave alone for a time and then refer back to them and recognize the beauty they behold.
As I grow as an artist, I realize the ability of alteration that can be used with oil paintings long after they have been dried and long for the attention. I wish to convey not only images, but also create a reality for everyone to be able to reach.
