Show Title:

Please provide a detailed description of your show concept, including the medium, estimated number of works, and all elements to be included in the show. You may attach a separate sheet if needed. If the work is not yet complete, please provide examples of current and/or similar work to that being proposed.

SLIDE SUBMISSION

Please submit the following materials:

1. Nine to 12 slides of the work you are proposing for the show. Photographs and transparencies may also be submitted.
2. Current artist statement pertaining to the show.
3. Self-addressed stamped envelope (must accompany proposal).
4. All materials must be presented in a professional manner.

Follow this slide format:

At the top, left-hand corner of the slide place/draw a red dot designating the top and front of the work. In the top section, print your name. In the bottom section, print the work's title, date, size and medium. SLIDES THAT DO NOT HAVE THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
