LAAA requires all artist members to submit slides to our registry. The registry is housed at the La Cienega location and maintained by staff, interns and volunteers.

NOTE: The slide registry is open only to LAAA members.

The slide registry is a resource for the public and professional sector including: art consultants, collectors and curators.

To be included in the registry, please send the following:

  1. 10 to 20 slides, printouts or transparencies of current work (created in the last three (3) years). Click here for help on how to prepare slides.
  2. Label all materials with the following information:
    • Artist name
    • Title
    • Date
    • Dimensions
    • Medium
    • Indicate TOP of slide

  3. Slide list: The slide list should include the same information that appears on the slides, plus any additional explanation of the work represented — including the price of the work.

  4. Current artist resume/CV/bio

  5. Artist statement

  6. Completed application form. Click here to obtain a printer-friendly version of the application.

NOTE: Slides, printouts, or transparencies that do not have the above information (including the price list) will not be accepted.
